Refunds or exchanges

Each Item is handmade by me in my small apartment. Because all of these items are handmade, they may have some imperfections such as minor discoloration of the wax, or slightly different shades of color, slightly off-centered label, tiny markings on the outside of the jar, etc. None of these impact the quality of the candle.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 48-hours of delivery, providing a detailed description of why you are not satisfied with your purchase. Once I have received your request for exchange or refund, I will email you a postage paid shipping label within 48-hours. All items that you are requesting replacement or refund for must be returned to me for evaluation and testing to ensure quality going forward. No replacement or refund will be processed until the item(s) have been received by me.

Once I receive the returned item(s), I will send out a replacement of equal value or issue a full refund. Replacement could take up to 30 days depending on my current inventory at the time I receive your request. If you would like a refund, it will be processed within 48-hours from when I received your returned items.

If a replacement item is requested and I no longer have any in stock, one will have to be made, which would take approximately 3 weeks, as long as I do not encounter any supply delays. If I no longer carry the product you are requesting a replacement for, I will contact you within 48-hours of receiving your request to determine a suitable substitute. If no suitable substitute can be agreed upon, a refund will be issued within 48-hours of receiving your returned items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Shipping insurance will be provided for each order sent out,  so please contact us immediately if you receive any damaged items, or if your item is lost in transit to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
